We are actively sourcing two (2) People Services Support officers to join our People and Talent Services Team (PATS) within the SVHA People and Culture Team. Reporting to the People Services Lead in your team, you will provide administrative support through the full employee life-cycle including onboarding, employment contract generation, changes to employment contracts and maintaining employee profiles in the HR system.

There are two (2) Full Time Permanent positions available based in Sydney NSW. Salary range for this role is $70,000 plus superannuation and other benefits.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:
Provide correct and consistent advice and support to St Vincent’s employeesWork flexibly within your team to aid and coach peers/colleagues wherever neededAssist St Vincent’s in the full employee life-cycle with administrative supportSystems maintenance and reportingParticipate in and assist with implementing St Vincent’s and People Services initiativesProvide an outstanding and add-value service to our stakeholders
