We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team overseeing the daily operations of the Switchboard at St Vincent’s Public Hospital.

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Switchboard Manager who will foster positive working relationships with all clinical and non-clinical departments with a passion for delivering quality services.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
2. Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a 24 hour x 7 day team to provide an efficient switchboard and telecommunications service
3. Understanding of telecommunication systems, experience with PABX systems, IFPX systems and paging technology
4. Experience in telecommunication projects
5. Strong leadership & communication skills (written & oral)
6. Proven ability to align & adapt operational activity with organisation strategy

8. Quick learner that is flexible and adaptable
