For more than 30 years, **Medfin** has supported doctors, dentists, vets and allied health professionals with financial solutions, letting them concentrate on patients, not paperwork. We offer expert business and personal finance solutions, and work around practitioner’s busy schedules. A true market leader, at Medfin we take pride in providing exceptional and efficient service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- This challenging role will see you providing exceptional customer service to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- You will also be responsible for managing key administrative tasks and reports
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures, and external legislation
- Continually assess and help improve on operating procedures

**What you will bring**

Drawing on your previous experience in a Client Services role or even your exceptional Customer Service background, you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, an aptitude for detail, an ability to work well under pressure with energy and enthusiasm in a team environment.
