Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 AUD, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

Job Description

This is a full-time role based in Sydney, Australia. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to our global fund investors, responding to queries in a timely manner and ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client service requests.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex client issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
