Finance & Admin Officer

Aus-Rack is a well established pallet racking Company in the Redlands, currently seeking an experienced Finance & Admin Officer to join our team.
This is a permanent full-time role working 7:30am to 4:00pm (Mon-Fri) based in the Business Park at Redland Bay. We would prefer someone to start immediately but understand that a notice period may be required.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage day to day accounts payable & receivable functions
- Process the weekly payroll for around 40 employees
- Monthly Superannuation reconciliation, lodgment & payment
- Monthly Payroll Tax reconciliation, lodgment & payment
- Monthly IAS, Quarterly BAS reconciliation, lodgment & payment
- General administration duties
- General HR duties i.e. recruitment, employee engagement, performance and disciplinary matters (training will be provided if not experienced)
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar finance, bookkeeping role
- Experience in Xero
- Proficient ability to utilise the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multi-task, with strong time management skills and data entry accuracy
- A self-motivated, reliable and detail orientated individual
- Ability to work autonomously effectively and efficiently
- Professional, approachable with strong attention to detail
- Exposure to a blue-collar workforce will be highly regarded
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
