Our client is an independently owned, boutique agency, located in the heart of Double Bay, looking to add a Receptionist to their constantly growing team. They have a huge focus on customer service and achieving the best results for their clients.
- Previous experience in Real Estate OR customer service roles
- A genuine interest in Real Estate as a career
- Polished communication style and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational, time management skills and attention to detail
- Team player
- Either hold or be willing to obtain an Agent Assist Certificate.
The Benefits:

The Position:
- Welcome all guests to the office
- Maintain general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms
- Process and distribute all incoming mail, including courier deliveries
- Office stationery and stocktake management
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of in-house, office-based policies and procedures
- Assist in the planning and preparation of any company events held within or locally to the office
- Assist with DL card distribution bookings and pick-ups
- Assist management with reporting requirements
- Perform additional duties as requested or as responsibilities arise
- Deliver world-class support and service
- Work closely and communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless workflow.
