Part-time, 22.8 hours a week, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as needed

As an Administrative Officer at BCOGNITIVE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

- Daily office maintenance, including restocking supplies, ensuring office equipment is in working order, watering plants and maintaining an organised workspace.
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organisation and occasionally assisting with tasks like basic IT support.
- Answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Greeting clients, stakeholders, visitors, and employees with a warm and welcoming attitude, creating a positive first impression.
- Coordinating meetings, maintaining schedules, as well as taking detailed notes during these meetings.
- Assisting in database maintenance and organisation.
- Liaising with clients and internal team members to manage inquiries and special requests.
- Preparing and reviewing client documents, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
- Assisting with document editing, formatting, and proofreading.
- Demonstrating accountability, honesty, and a positive attitude in all aspects of your work.
- Being a problem solver, quick learner, and expert multitasker to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Having some knowledge of Canva for graphic design tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or reception roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and upbeat personality with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Familiarity with Canva and the ability to create visually appealing documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Ability to work with sensitive information while maintaining client privacy and confidentiality.
- Capacity to follow instructions well, while also making quick, informed decisions independently.
- Familiarity with basic IT support and willingness to learn more.

**Job Type**: Part-time
