We are currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist based in CBD.

This role will be the point of will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Warmly, politely and professionally greeting all visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after.
- Answering internal and external phone calls in the same manner and ensuring their call is directed to the most appropriate person.
- Administering bookings for internal services including meeting rooms, catering and facilities equipment.
- Collection and distribution of mail.
- Administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, photocopying and archiving.
- Taking ownership of the presentation of the reception area and all meeting rooms and boardroom.

About You:

- Be corporately presented and have a professional telephone manner (essential)
- Demonstrate clear and concise communication (essential)
- Proven customer service experience (essential)
- Experience working in a corporate office (highly desirable)
- Possess a friendly, positive, proactive approach to your work
- Enjoy working with people and pride yourself in your customer service skills
- Be adaptable to a fast-paced working environment
- Have highly developed organisational skills and strong attention to detail
