**About us**:
Phil Terry Health Care Services is an NDIS Service Provider offering a flexible and individualised care service in home and community settings to people with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced finance officer to join our Finance Team in Penrith on a full-time basis.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- accounts receivable -allocate payments, investigate invoice queries and debt collection.
- oversee and assist with accounts payable.
- resolve PRODA booking issues when required.
- bank, credit cards and account reconciliations in XERO.
- prepare weekly financial reports.
- other ad hoc accounts tasks.

**About you**:

- minimum 2 years’ Australian experience working in a similar accounting role.
- intermediate knowledge of XERO software.
- knowledge of NDIS Provider Portal (PRODA), NDIS price list and SCHADS award.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively in a team.
- effective organisational and time management skills.
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- ability to exercise integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.
- be available to start immediately.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Accounting degree or diploma.
- recent Criminal History check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module: ‘Quality, Safety and You’ Certificate of Completion
- Australian permanent resident with full work rights.
