**Who are we looking for?**:
AnglicareSA are seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead a team to deliver quality care and outcomes to our disability support customers.

In this role you will experience a wide variety, from providing day-to-day coordination, team leadership and guidance, monitoring of service performance, building effective and positive relationships with customers. If you have experience in managing and leading teams in the disability or mental health space, we would love to hear from you

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Review NDIS support plans and correspond with stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for customers
- Liaise with Allied health practitioners and a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure holistic support for customers
- Ensure timely reporting to the commission is met
- Provide effective day-to-day coordination of the service and staff optimisation, as needed
- Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in an effective manner.
- Work collaboratively with other service providers and networks, facilitating a holistic service approach and the identification of service gaps.
- Support a workplace culture that engages employees through communication, recognition and collaboration.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Certificate IV in Mental Health or Disability (or equivalent)
- Great knowledge in Behaviour Support Plans
- Sound understanding of the NDIS and process for accessing funding and support
- Strong customer service and communication skills to relate to the needs of a diverse customer group
- Graduate qualification in social work, social services or developmental education is _desirable_
