**What will you be doing in this role**:
***
Working one on one with a high performing agent this role will manage the entire back end process from appraisals to settlement for 70 campaigns per year. Monday to Friday you will be the glue that holds the team together so they can focus on listing and selling.
- Screen calls and book appointments
- Oversee marketing schedules and budgets
- Prepare proposals and appraisal follow up
- Manage all sales administration and compliance
- Coordinate styling and repairs to get properties to market
- Attend photos shoots and approve marketing with Vendors
- Prepare and post social media content to promote the agent and listings
- Prepare prospecting collateral, coordinate letter box drops
- Recruitment and training of associates agents
- Run team meetings
- Prepare vendor reports, auction and open home packs
- Arrange settlement gifts and key hand over
- 2+ years real estate experience in a similar role
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Able to communicate confidently with clients
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car and valid Australian drivers licence
- Immaculate presentation
