**The Role**:
The position is responsible for leading and overseeing the day to day operations of the HR Services Team. The HR Services team provide HR operational and transactional support and the team’s purpose is to provide first level HR support to RCH managers and staff recruitment and onboarding, whilst also triaging a range of general HR inquiries to relevant Human Resources team members. This role will be required to provide direction and leadership to a team to maximise performance, ensure employment compliance, drive operational excellence, implement system and process improvement initiatives and provide highly reliable and positive customer service.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in a related field (Human Resource or Business) and/or relevant industry experience
- Previous experience in managing teams to drive organisational outcomes
- Extensive experience in HR Operations or Shared Services environment with particular expertise in Recruitment and Selection
- Strong internal customer service background
- HR systems knowledge (SuccessFactors and SAP advantageous)
