We are looking for a Permanent Part-Time Administration Officer who enjoys a challenge and is looking forward to working a **Monday to Thursday from 9am-5pm**. Enthusiastic and process-driven administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team. Your day will be focused on supporting the growth and expansion of the Wholesale department.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?**
- Assisting the Office Manager and Sales Manager in maintaining all general office and wholesale operations
- Assist with all client enquiries
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting for wholesale department
- Responsible for day to day execution of tasks related to key accounts, order entries and invoicing
- Administrative duties with external suppliers, including raising credit notes, claims and reconciliation
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to multi task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail

This is a varied role that you will never get bored in and you will learn something new everyday. Training will be provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: From $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
