Preston, Australia Led Care Full time

**Job description**

Responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating support services for People with Disabilities
- Rostering the support workers for their shifts weekly
- Always Ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Organizing and scheduling work requests.
- Dealing with administrative priorities in a timely manner.
- Updating and maintaining databases.
- Use of specific in-house programs.
- Coordinate office procedure

Skills & Key Competencies:

- Microsoft Office
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Respect and always maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy - a must.
- Problem solving.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Interest in graphic design & digital marketing (desirable)

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Certificate 4 or diploma in community service (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
