As an administrative assistant at Mindwaves Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and organising office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policy.
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assisting clinicians in sending out online assessments and reports efficiently.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Providing general support to clients, stakeholders and employees.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerDiary is essential.
- Excellent skills with social media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Certificate 3 or above in Business Administration or similar (desirable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
