About the Role

As an Administration Trainee, you'll be a vital part of Mai-Wel's People, Culture, and Safety team. You'll learn on the job while contributing to meaningful work that supports employees across the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and triaging inboxes for HR and safety-related enquiries.
  • Learning to use HR systems to verify documents, update workflows, and manage data.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and directing enquiries to the right team member.
  • Assisting with general administration and team projects.

Mai-Wel is looking for someone with:

  • A positive attitude and a passion for starting a career in HR.
  • Willingness to learn and commit to a 24-month traineeship.
  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) and an eagerness to learn new systems.
