**What will you be doing?**
- Assisting with the processing of endorsements, certificates of currency, invoicing, and cancellations
- Collaborating closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely handling of policy-related tasks
- Maintaining meticulous records and documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Learning and growing under the guidance of seasoned professionals in the financial lines field

**What do you need?**
- Minimum of 6 months insurance experience in either broking or underwriting, with exposure to PI
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in insurance industry software and tools.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking highly advantageous
