**About the role**:
The Broker Support Specialist role fits within our established, supportive and high-performing Partnerships team. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' questions, problems and requests are handled in a timely, friendly and accurate manner. This is a critical role at Bizcap as we strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and you will be on the frontline of achieving this. We are looking for an intelligent, motivated and “think outside the box” individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- To successfully build strong relationships with our Brokers and maintain a high level of communication and attentiveness to their needs. To represent the Bizcap brand and product positively at all times.
- Setting up new Brokers in the systems for BDMs and ensuring that their onboarding with Bizcap is to a high standard.
- Working with a BDM to assist in the lodgement and fulfilment of Business Loans for their clients.
- Providing support to Brokers in relation to customer loan enquiries (potential, new and existing) including retrieving key documentation to facilitate the fulfilment of the loan.
- Working with our Submissions, Credit and Contract teams to ensure a smooth loan process for Brokers and their customers.
- Working with Brokers to ingest their customer's bank statements, preparing statements and documentation for Credit and leveraging expertise to attain best-case outcomes for Bizcap, Broker and BDM alike.
- Educating Brokers on the Bizcap product, our policies and our platforms (Partner Portal).
- Escalating Broker issues with the relevant BDM or the Chief Revenue Officer as required.

**About you**:

- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Excel skills.
- Works well and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and drive.
- Be able to think outside of the box with attention to detail.
- Experience in finance or the brokerage space would be an advantage, but not essential.
