The Role

We are seeking an experienced Brisbane Portfolio Broker Engagement Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for a portfolio of brokers within Brisbane, you will be responsible for resolving queries, increasing productivity, and retention over each 12-month period. Reporting to the State Director, you will engage with brokers predominantly over the phone and email for agreement enquiries, coaching, and planning sessions as well as online training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with broker portfolios, lender partners, and the State team.
  • Assist brokers in saving time by embedding and optimizing MyCRM technology (Pipeline and Workflow Activity Management).
  • E nsure brokers and their businesses remain compliant by providing support to meet their obligations.
  • Complete administrative tasks to support the State Director and Sales team where required.
  • Manage the State-based calendar of events to drive engagement and attendance at networking events, PD days, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate important information and escalate any issues if needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Contact Centre/Customer Service or internal sales role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a tech-savvy approach.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to achieve.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think critically and exhibit self-leadership.
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exposure to lending technology platforms or equivalent software packages.
  • Great customer service skills, with a solution-based approach.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
