**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Payroll Administration Officer** in our Performance and Reward team, you will take on a valuable administrative support role as part of a key payroll project.

This is a 6-month fixed term role where you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional administrative support & stakeholder management skills. Payroll administration experience will be highly regarded but is not essential to succeed in this role. We’re seeking a strong admin professional who prides themselves on their attention to detail as well as their ability to be proactive and put their hand up if they see any errors in data or information.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Previous experience in an administration role
- Ability to exercise judgement with mínimal supervision, including proven integrity and discretion in handling matters of a sensitive and confidential nature
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- True customer focused mindset
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and confidence using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment
