**About the Position**
The Bond University Office of Research Services is currently seeking an experienced Contract and Finance Officer to join their busy team on a part time basis. Reporting into the Manager - Grants and Ethics, this role primarily supports the Post Award processes and provides a broad range of functions including contract review, and financial acquittals and financial oversight of grants.

The role will develop and run reports from the Research Management System, including scripts and dissemination. The role will also support system testing and upgrades and monitor new system functionality and benefits.

**About the person**:

- A degree qualification in a relevant area
- Demonstrated knowledge of the contract management and finance
- Demonstrated ability to learn new IT systems, including website and/or systems management
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high quality outcomes within short time frames
- High-level problem-solving skills and experience; demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement within policy, procedures and guidelines
- Ability to work in a professional manner as a member of a cross-functional team including strong collaboration across departmental and faculty boundaries to achieve outcomes
- High level accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the position

**Salary details**:
The salary for this 0.6 FTE position commences at $46,164.08 per annum (Full-time Equivalent is $76,940.14 per annum) plus 12% superannuation per annum.
