Palmer Colonial & Palmer Gold Coast Golf Courses are two of Australia's premier resort golf courses. The courses are consistently ranked in the top echelon of Australian Courses. Besides golf experiences, we also offer events and functions including weddings and golf tournaments.
Located in Robina, the Palmer Leisure Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced administration or accounts officer to join the team. This opportunity will be best suited for a motivated, reliable, and hard-working staff member to assist in the following responsibilities:
- Banking administration including general cashiering and bank duties.
- Assisting with Accounts Payable including matching purchase orders and reconciling supplier statements in a timely manner.
- Assisting with accounts Receivable function including issuing invoices, daily payment allocation, timely credit collection, report weekly & monthly account receivables.
- Assist in stock-take and stock control.
- Available to work on weekend.
- Experience working with banking is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role with experience across accounts and office management.
- Must have strong Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn in-house systems in addition to fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, be pro-active.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to succeed in this role.
- Obtains the ability to stay calm whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to adapt to changing work requirements.
- Driver's license and own transport required.
