**About the Role**:
This is an exciting entry level opportunity for someone wanting to develop their learning and experience in a career in Systems.

The position will provide support to the Student Management Systems team with regards to helpdesk enquiries, configuration, timetabling and student records including generating certificates and verifying qualifications. The position will also assist teaching areas and administrators in effective use of the student management system.
- ** Commencing salary**:$59,632 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation and annual leave loading.**:

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- A degree or diploma in Business/Commerce, Administration, Information Technology, Science, or similar disciplines with little or no relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft suite (especially Excel) as well as experience in using student management, timetabling, or similar administrative systems.
- A proven high attention to detail, with the ability to enter data into systems both accurately and efficiently, including the ability to quality check, correct, and work with data in bulk.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, troubleshoot issues and prioritise tasks, with mínimal guidance and support.
- High-level customer service skills and the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
