**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to join the Student Management Team at the Institute as a Student Management Officer. The role will provide professional and timely administrative process and operational support to the VET Education programs and also customer service to all areas of the Institute.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and professional student administrative processes and operational support to VET Education Programs.
- Provide excellent customer service and general advice to prospective and current students, employers and staff members.
- Ensure accurate and course enrolment information is recorded through the use of the Institute’s Student Management Systems (SMS).
- Ensure that all requirements are met in relation to VRQA and Epsilon compliance standards.
- Assist the Manager VET Operations, Student Management Leader and Student Management Coordinator as required.
- A relevant Degree with relevant work experience ideally in Business Administration or similar field; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
- The ability to liaise effectively with governing bodies and Industry ensuring the appropriate levels of communication are maintained.
- Significant experience in customer service with the ability to foresee client needs in advance and actively identify areas for improvement and executing strategies to enhance the overall customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to be responsive to client needs.
- Ability to prioritise work independently with mínimal supervision to ensure deadlines are met.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using student management software programs along with strong administrative skills that contribute to the development of effective student management systems.
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
