**About the Role**:
A full time opportunity exists for a motivated and committed individual to join the Student Management Team at the Institute on a fixed term basis. This role will provide professional and timely administrative process and operational support to VET programs to support the enrolment to graduation lifecycle of students.
- ** Commencing Salary: $59,632 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation plus annual leave loading**:

- ** Time Fraction: 1.0 (38 hours per week)**:

- ** Position Status: Fixed Term (until October 2023)**

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensuring accurate student and course enrolment information is recorded through the use of the Institute’s Student Management System - SMS
- Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Provide statistical data as required on enrolments, cancellations to the Centre for Food Trades and Culinary Arts team.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Relevant Degree or Diploma with little or no relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role, involving the co-ordination of a range of functions and a relevant qualification preferably in administration.
- A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks, problem solve and make decisions with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with a proven record of customer focussed outcomes.
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft suite and various database software packages such as student management systems.
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute
