**Description**

As our new Executive Assistant to Chief Risk Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of our risk management function. You’ll be responsible for providing executive administration support to our Chief Risk Officer, as well as assisting with the coordination and execution of various administration initiatives.

**About the role**:

- Deliver professional and proactive executive assistance to our Chief Risk Officer, exhibiting independence to action required tasks without prompting
- Maintaining utmost accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Risk Officer, including full diary management, scheduling meetings, and leading correspondence.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of various risk and compliance initiatives, including the editing of board and committee reporting to ensure adherence to internal standards.
- Source and verify information and distribute reports/ documents on behalf of the Chief Risk Officer

**About you**:
Success in this role will be delivered through your strong ability to create and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, precise coordination and the ability to work flexibly in a team environment to deliver quality results.
- Previous experience in a similar administration position, such as PA/EA or Office management role
- Inherent focus on caring for our employees and members to ensure the team is supported
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy across all tasks.
- Experience with exercising discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, effectively influencing to secure positive outcomes
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite, with strong skills across Word/Excel/PowerPoint
