**The Role**

As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will liaise with various departments across the business, driving the achievement of exceptional customer experience results by providing a high standard of customer care.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Building great relationships with your customers, managing any enquiries and ensuring timely responses;
- Providing regular, accurate construction progress updates to your customers;
- Working closely with a team of Site Managers, facilitating fortnightly job tracking and spending occasional time out on building sites;
- Effective and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationships;
- Preparation of documentation, scheduling of appointments and carrying out key handover appointments;
- Active contribution in team, department and business meetings.

**You**

To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experiences are highly desirable:

- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role;
- Experience in a similar role with knowledge and understanding of residential building processes and the ability to read and understand building plans;
- Well-developed problem solving skills;
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and great attention to detail;
- Strong PC skills, experienced in the Microsoft suite of products;
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
