Customer Experience Manager

The Customer Activation Manager is responsible for developing and implementing innovative work experience activities to enhance the employability of Workskil Australia customers. Reporting to the State Manager, this role will partner with various stakeholders to establish and manage activities that meet customer needs and build capability and motivation.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of ongoing work experience activities, considering local labour market trends and skills in demand. They will conduct WHS risk assessments, liaise with the Central Legal team, and negotiate payment arrangements and budgets. The Customer Activation Manager will work closely with Regional Account Managers and Site Staff to ensure they have up-to-date knowledge of current activity options and develop strategies for mutually beneficial outcomes.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Bunbury or Busselton site.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- High-level interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of clients, employers, and staff;
- Up-to-date knowledge of the labour market, suitable local employers, and trends in employment relevant to Workskil Australia's caseload;
- Liaising extensively with stakeholders to establish activities that meet customer needs;
- Experience in creating employment pathway opportunities;
- Ability to read reports and use data to identify performance and compliance issues;
- Strong skills in data entry, Microsoft Office suite, and typing (minimum 30 words per minute); and
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply corporate and operational policy and procedure work within a quality management system.
You will also be required to:
- Hold a current driver's licence;
- Have a good understanding of WHS practices;
- Have a minimum of one year's experience in a management role;
- Have a minimum of two years' experience in Employment Services;
- Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development and have completed three WHS Modules from Certificate IV in WHS.
