About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at the Sheridan Bunbury Outlet.
This is a casual role requiring the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers, selling premium products, and ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
- Sell premium products and promote features, benefits, and care instructions
- Ensure stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
- Process and replenish stock according to company standards
- Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration
