Classic Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join their Toowoomba Office in January 2023.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting a small team of Recruitment and HR consultants by booking appointments, conducting employment checks and assisting with onboarding temporary staff
- Answering phones, greeting clients, keeping recruitment database up to date, and other administration tasks as required
- Recruitment and HR administration, including how to conduct interviews, write contracts and interpret awards (along with some payroll)

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, with the ability to learn new systems
- Have a genuine interest in learning HR and Recruitment
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- We are a small office - so need a team player

On offer is the opportunity to learn from experienced consultants in the HR and Recruitment Industry, along with an attractive salary package.

A traineeship is also an option if no previous qualification has been obtained.
