**The role**:
As a Customer Advisor, you will act as the face of NAB to the community, working closely with our customers to help them with their banking needs and deliver exceptional customer service in an environment that is challenging and fast-paced.

Supporting our **Eastern Metro** retail branches, including Healesville, Lilydale, Croydon, Eastland, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Forest Hill, Knox, Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Brandon Park, Kew & Camberwell, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they visit our retail branch, whether it’s to open an account, inquire about our products, or manage their finances. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the customer journey by helping them find solutions to their financial needs through our products, services, and advice,

**The hours**: The role's working hours will vary between 9:15am-4:15pm Monday to Thursday and 9:15am-5:15pm on Fridays, and may include both planned and unplanned leave for our Metro East branches. **It is essential that you can work at short notice, travel between locations with mínimal notice, and be flexible regarding working hours.**

**The locations include**: Healesville, Lilydale, Croydon, Eastland, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Forest Hill, Knox, Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Brandon Park, Kew, Camberwell

**What will your day look like?**
- Helping customers find NAB’s most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent and customised customer service experience every step of the way.
- Assisting our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions and being responsible for ensuring all customer details are accurate and up-to-date
- Demonstrating our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
- Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development
