**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure compliance with admissions policies, regulations and timeframes
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices, enhance service quality, and actively contribute to a team environment that fosters effective working relationships and continuous improvement.

**About you**
We would love to hear from you if you have admissions experience doing the above in either a University or TAFE environment and are looking to join a progressive employer who values customer service and student support as much as we do. You will be organised, comfortable with managing priorities and have a passion for delighting future learners with your skills in support and service. Furthermore, you will be a customer service connoisseur and someone who believes that the first contact with a student or customer is the foundation of the overall experience.
