**Casuals - Customer Service/Admissions Administrative Officer (must be able to work at multiple sites)**

Health Information Services at Monash Medical Centre Clayton (MMC), Monash Childrens Hospital (MCH), Moorabbin Hospital and the Victorian Heart Hospital (VHH) have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, experienced and professional administration officers to join our teams as Customer Service & Admission Administration Officers.

**About the HIS Team and the Role**

In this administrative role your primary responsibilities will include:

- Provide customers exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone;
- Complete and ensure accurate data entry when admitting and updating patient details on the Patient administrative system (iPM), and other data entry and administrative duties as required (as outlined on the attached PD)

**Operating Hours**

The Health Information Services - Customer Service and Admissions Departments located at Monash Medical Centre Clayton (MMC), Monash Childrens Hospital (MCH), Moorabbin Hospital and the Victorian Heart Hospital (VHH) are open 7 days per week. Shifts start and finish times may vary between 6.30am and finish at 8pm with the potential of operating hours to be changed and extended as the service continues to grow

Staff may also be required to travel to other Monash Health sites.
