**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

As Workforce Manager, you are part of the Workforce team, utilising your knowledge and experience to ensure your allocated client’s event requirements are understood, and objectives successfully met. You will take a lead role on allocated Events, both in the planning phase & on site as required.

Using your technical proficiency, you will drive positive client outcomes by ensuring a high-quality workforce is selected and briefed to satisfy these requirements. You will keep your client updated throughout the project and adapt to changes required to ensure suitable delivery for each event.

Highly organised, you will possess a big passion for the events industry. You will be efficient in organising and documenting your account progress and will form strong, long-lasting relationships with key contacts across your client portfolio.

As necessary, you will delegate project tasks to Event support personnel, delivering all required needs to your client projects.

You will assume a leadership role on site at Events as required, keeping the company’s best interests in mind to continue Spark Event Group’s quality reputation and growth within the industry.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A tertiary certificate or university degree
- At least 3 years working in the event industry
- Experience in building and managing successful account
- relationships
- Experience and knowledge of workforce
- Salary negotiable based on experience

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Liaise directly, and build up relationships, with selected clients on receiving project requirements, evaluating milestones and delivering key objectives
- Develop & send quotes for prospective or existing clients, along with proposals of planned delivery approach and processes
- Secure deals and fulfil the end to end process and delivery of client portfolio
- Support the recruitment of 'Workforcers' for your accounts and any large-scale events within the account
- Selection and scheduling of 'Workforcers' for your accounts and any large-scale events within the account
- Lead the on-site delivery of workforce operations planning, including deployment and training processes for assigned clients
- For events/clients that require it, carry out additional scoping, quoting and planning for aspects such as travel, transport and/or equipment
- Successfully satisfy and complete all required safety and risk processes to ensure compliance at all events for all clients
- Solely responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key ongoing clients
- Seek feedback from clients after events and implement any learnings received, pass on feedback from staff to the client where it benefits Spark Event Group
- Ensure company growth by researching, investigating and pursuing opportunities including with your existing clients
- Work with accounts and finance team to ensure accurate reports for payroll and finance purposes

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
