**What You Will Be Doing**

Our busy Allied Health Outpatient Department is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Receptionist who is self motivated, team orientated and possesses excellent customer service skills.
The successful applicant will work in the outpatient reception with our vibrant occupational therapy and physiotherapy teams to provide a high standard of care to consumers. The role involves working across multiple clinics with varying administrative and reception processes.
The successful applicant will enjoy a busy and varied work environment and will be comfortable taking a flexible approach to managing the demands of the work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality, timely and efficient reception services to clients accessing Allied Health services at Frankston Hospital.
- Provide a friendly, welcoming service for phone and face-to-face clients.
- Support the functioning of the OT and PT departments by providing expert administrative support across inpatient and outpatient services.
- Demonstrate flexibility to respond to changing demands within the OT and PT departments and the reception area.
- Participate in the multidisciplinary team environment and facilitate good teamwork.

We anticipate you will have:

- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using patient information systems such as Electronic Health Records and iPM and learn new programs as required.
- Experience in a busy, fast paced reception or ward environment.
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
