They currently specialise across civil, commercial, industrial, and defence sectors. Located in Unley, with a major project about to start in the northern suburbs this contractor is seeking a rounded industry professional to play a key role in the smooth delivery of this high-profile South Australian project in collaboration with the Project Team.

**The role**
As the Project Administrator | Document controller, you will be responsible for various administrative duties in conjunction with managing major records, in alignment with policies and procedures.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assist with maintaining an updated database including storage of documents
- Work on a variety of project administrative tasks including invoice generation
- Coordinate internal and external activities including team social events and attendance
- Managing the daily administrative tasks for the project including reporting, project documentation, project files and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas and documentation, develop presentations, compile, and distribute meeting minutes
- Liaise with clients to define outcomes and timelines
- Receipt and distribution of controlled documentation
- Maintain integrity of the document collaboration system
- Quality check documents submitted by all stakeholders
- Manage wider system issues, document formation and other processes
- Other project-related records management duties

Prior Project Administration/ Document Controller experience of 2-4 years working on commercial or defence projects will be advantageous, however not a requirement. You will possess a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude. A keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate within a project team on major projects will be essential. Above all, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills to manage internal stakeholder expectations as well as the ability to work well and collaborate in a team environment.
