**Project Administration Officer**

Due to our awarded project portfolio, we are seeking experienced **Project Administration / Document Control Officer **to join our multidisciplinary team to successful deliver a diverse range of projects nationally.
The Project Administration Assistant/Document Control Officer performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative and document control activities on projects. The role will be based on site at **Outer Harbour, Adelaide, SA.**
**THE ROLE**:
- Assist Project Manager and Project Team with all administration as required.
- Track and manage calendar appointments and meetings.
- Manage and maintain document control on project via supported data base with interface of design, client and Project team.
- Arrange and take minutes for project meetings.
- Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly project reports for issue.
- Support project onboarding requirements for new starters.
- Arrange for site inductions.
- Raise Purchase Orders where required in support of project.
- Co-ordination of weekly invoice / payment approvals with Project Manager
- Co-ordinate Project/Contract Manager for weekly PO review for current or close out.
- General_
- General typing, photocopying, filing and other adhoc tasks, as requested.
- Organise site events.
- General office management including supplies inventory and equipment.
- Where required, undertake site reception primary contact duties
- Travel_
- Book and/or support all site travel, this would include flights, accommodation and car hire.
- Raise purchase orders for all travel.
- Process all travel purchase orders into Jobpac accounting suite.
- Organise for site equipment to be returned to Sydney office at completion of project.
- Website / Intranet - maintain and update company intranet with project data.
**ABOUT YOU**
Your skills and experience include:
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Experience in construction and/or engineering industries.
- Demonstrate Experience in Document Control
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 5 years office administration / clerical experience
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to respond to a changing work environment
Desirable
- Experienced in Aconex
- Certificate in office administration
