For almost four decades we've proudly represented those who help shape Australia, hard-working individuals who deserve to make the most of their retirement, no matter the industry. As an award-winning fund we've been recognised for the benefits provided to our members and our innovative investment approach. All while staying committed to our member first ethos as a proud Industry Fund.
**About the role**
Due to our current Head of Remuneration heading into retirement, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Remuneration professional to join the team. In the role of Head of Remuneration you will be responsible for the continuous improvement and ongoing management of Cbus' remuneration strategies and frameworks, variable pay plans, employee data integrity, analysis and reporting. In your role you will develop, implement, and maintain remuneration frameworks, policies, and processes to support the Fund's strategic goals and values and ensure frameworks are equitable, competitive, and aligned with industry benchmarks and best practices.
You will provide expert, consultative remuneration advice to P&C Business Partners, Group Executives, People Leaders, P&C team members, and Payroll to address complex queries and ensure strategic alignment acting as a trusted advisor for all remuneration related matters.
You will manage external salary survey submissions and analyse benchmarking data to ensure the Fund's pay structures remain competitive and equitable and lead the planning, execution, and governance of the annual remuneration review process, including salary adjustments, and communication strategies.
You will have proven experience presenting at board level and be able to prepare and present detailed remuneration reports, recommendations, and updates to the Board and relevant committees, ensuring alignment with governance requirements.
You will oversee remuneration governance activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including superannuation, taxation, and industry regulations.
