A rare and stimulating opportunity for a 6-month fixed term contract role within the South Australia Police as the Manager, Application Services.

**Your new role**

As the Manager, Application Services you will provide leadership and opportunity to the five teams that form the Application Services Branch ensuring the culture reflects the best personal and professional qualities for trusted and sustainable working practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your experience working in a leadership capacity to drive, support, and implement change in a large Government organisation.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working in large, complex organisation, specifically where you have been required to bring maturity into the environment or have been involved in a large transformation.
- High level knowledge and experience managing in ITIL environment, operating with a defined SDLC.
- Experience leading and managing a team including performance and development of staff, determining priorities and strategic plans including creating and driving process and capability change within a team.
- The ability to build effective relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure performance against contractual parameters
- Experience managing a significant budget, distributed across your leadership team
- Experience working in a matrix management environment with a project delivery focus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proven ability to explain and impart information and communicate complex technical ICT concepts in a professional manner to a wide range of audiences, including the development of documentation to a high standard.

**Salary**
MAS3 ($124,108 per annum)
