- **9-5:30 with an hour break or 9-5 with a 30 minute break**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming calls and directing calls to the respective department
- Welcoming all visitors in a responsive, positive and professional manner.
- When staff are not available, ensuring messages are passed on quickly and accurately
- Arranging couriers local and overseas
- Triggering work rights checks and Pegasus Induction on all personnel (to maintain accuracy of data at any given point of time)
- Data entry of purchase orders
- Booking Accommodation and Flights for Area Managers. Ensuring that the travel register is up to date.
- Maintaining registers of equipment and vehicles.
- Assisting with data entry, timesheets, FSC reports as well as providing administrative support to accounts team
- Maintain the office area in a manner that reflects favourably on our business
- Assist in other duties as per Office Manager's instructions
- assisting HR manager with administrative tasks in relation to recruitment process
- Processing subcontractor agreements, clients' contracts and any other contracts on time
- Data entry of monthly figures
- Maintaining various spreadsheets and data and ensuring accuracy and up to date data
