Customer Service Specialist

Our client is a leading dermatology company with a global reach. Due to significant growth in Australia, they require a customer service specialist to join their customer engagement team. You will be mainly responsible for liaising with a wide array of wholesalers and distributors. You will also be expected to build relationships with different clients. This role will suit individuals with a past background in FMCG or pharmaceuticals, specifically within the logistics and order processing departments.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Our client is a leading dermatology company with a global reach. Due to significant growth in Australia, they require a customer service specialist to join their customer engagement team.
You will be mainly responsible for liaising with a wide array of wholesalers and distributors. You will also be expected to build relationships with different clients.

**KEY DUTIES**:
- Managing inventory and reporting through a range of different systems.
- Liaising with wholesalers and clinics regarding orders.
- Providing key order information to clients including lead times, delivery times, etc.
- Providing a solution to various queries regarding issues raised internally or externally.
- Fostering a positive relationship in all customer interactions.
**REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE**:
- Established experience in customer service, specifically within FMCG or Pharmaceuticals is desirable.
- Exposure to logistics and supply chain responsibilities is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skill with ability to use different systems such as: M3, Viva, PowerBI, SAP or other similar systems.
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
