**The Opportunity**

Step into the spotlight as a Commercial Partnerships Manager, spearheading Bupa's Health, and Wellbeing (H&W) service delivery through efficient management of Third-Party Providers (TPPs). Your strategic finesse will drive remarkable performance, from financial triumphs to seamless operational excellence, while keeping a vigilant eye on regulatory and internal compliance.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in our Melbourne office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)

**How You’ll make a difference?
As a driving force behind our H&W product strategy, your expertise will shine as you expertly identify, evaluate, and engage service providers. Your negotiation prowess will be in full swing, crafting commercial terms and operational KPIs. Fuelling the engine of progress, you'll establish performance benchmarks that encompass quality, finance, and operations.

Collaborating seamlessly with the service delivery team, you'll ensure our TPPs deliver seamless service to our valued Bupa customers. Your watchful eye will monitor and review performance, ensuring contractual agreements and KPIs are met - a testament to your dedication to excellence.

Your everyday tasks are but not limited to:

- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with Procurement Business Partner to identify and evaluate service providers, bolstering our H&W product strategy.
- Engagement Master: Craft and execute an impactful provider engagement plan, nurturing strong relationships.
- Negotiation Dynamo: Skilfully negotiate commercial terms and operational KPIs with providers, supported by Procurement, Legal, and Finance Business Partners.
- Seamless Service Assurance: Team up with Service Delivery to ensure our Third-Party Providers (TPPs) offer seamless service to Bupa customers.
- Performance Benchmarking: Shape provider benchmarks across performance, quality, finance, and operations.
- KPI Vigilance: Monitor and review TPPs' performance to ensure contractual compliance and KPI achievements.
- Insights Catalyst: Drive insights, coordinating audits, and championing feedback to empower the H&W Leadership Team in continuous improvement.
