Brand Partnership Manager

Our client is one of the leading wine distributors in the country, they are seeking a progressive Brand Partnership Manager to ignite and inspire brand momentum for a number of successful brands within their portfolio.
The Brand Partnership Manager will take ownership of strategic working relationships between the business and their winery partners. You will be required to manage the portfolio and build the brands which our client represents with the support of an Assistant Brand Manager as well as the wider marketing team. You will also work collaboratively with sales and supply chain functions internally to ensure the execution of brand plans.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will draw on your experience managing external and or distribution brand partnerships. This is a highly commercial role requiring extensive reporting skills to create fact based opportunities, along with the ability to influence key stakeholders whilst managing and prioritising multiple brands within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commitment to the strategic direction of the business through the development and achievement of brand objectives and initiatives.
- Define, develop and facilitate strategy. Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to achieve successful execution.
- Facilitate the alignment of strategy and outcomes with individual actions to achieve this set plans.
- Develop annual brand marketing plans on core brands in conjunction with winery partners.
- Develop trade marketing investment in agreement with key brands.
- Mentor, coach and assist in growing and developing the team to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Manage the annual budget process aligned to market indicators to growth or agreed targets.
- In conjunction with the sales department develop and deliver sales budgets with brand planning for how they will be achieved.
- Contribute to the development of the marketing budgets annually
Ideal Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or an associated discipline
- Brand Management expertise; ideally within drinks or FMCG
- Experience managing commercial brand partnerships
- Impeccable communication and relationship building ability
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills
- Adaptability in a hands-on role and work at a fast pace
- Confident in building and developing customer presentations
- Brilliant organisational and planning skills
- Experience analysing crucial insights
- Ability to effectively engage and influence multiple stakeholders
- Be results driven, with meticulous attention to detail
