**About the position**

Council’s Waste Circularity Department is looking for a Collection Services Administration Officer who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers of Council, ensure the up-keep of the administration tasks and services of the Department and ensure that all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Provision of excellent customer service to all Council staff, clients and the general community;
- To oversee internal and external information and communication flows and manage requests in a timely manner; and
- To provide education on all facets of waste management within the Waste Circularity Department in particular the delivery of new services.

This is a Full-Time role working 38 hours per week.

**About you**
- Ability to make decisions and provide resolutions to general enquiries associated with waste management;
- Demonstrated administrative skills, preferably in Local Government;
- Proven experience in meeting deadlines, prioritising work and operating under pressure;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Current Victorian Drivers' Licence.
