**Major Responsibilities**:

- Processing of warranty claims on manufacturers platforms - brands include JCB, Dynapac, Atlas Copco, Komptech & Ditch Witch
- Provide reports to branches to maximize efficiency & profitability
- Support dealers with warranty claims & information
- Liaise with the OEMs on issues, service bulletins & warranty claim status including rejections
- Manage manufacturer service bulletins with branches & dealers
- Follow up on outstanding payments from OEMs to ensure open claims are closed in a timely manner.
- Process credit notes & close repair orders (including dealer settlements)
- Create purchase orders and complete warranty forms for manufacturers to register new machines for warranty

**Role Requirements**:

- Ability to manage multiple enquiries.
- Prioritise tasks & procedures
- Computer skills - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Problem solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills. Has the ability to communicate with the internal team, dealers & OEMS through various mediums
