**About the Role**:
TMHA Melbourne are seeking a star Sales Administrator to join our team. Responsible for the processing of new equipment customer orders and the preparation of all paperwork for pre delivery (including warranty registration of each unit), the Sales Administrator position is key role within our Sales admin support function. The role reports directly to the Branch Manager and is based 5 days a week at our Melbourne Branch in Dandenong South.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Sales Departments - Retail, Major Accounts, Corporate Accounts and Wholesale.
- Place supplier orders and follow up their delivery with a focus on continuous improvement to the level of service and delivery lead times.
- Process incoming supplier invoices on a daily basis to enable jobs to be closed and invoiced in line with TMHA’s processes and procedures.
- Follow up outstanding purchase orders.
- Maintain Hand Pallet Trucks by ordering sufficient stock for Parts Department.
- Maintain various internal registers relating to product specifications, order status/ETA's, forecasting etc.
- Collate relevant information for the preparation of various reporting requirements.
- Assist with the administration of equipment stock takes.
**About You**:
You are:
- Someone who has a strong administration background and is proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc. Business admin qualifications and prior experience with ERP systems both desirable but not essential.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service, and has previous customer service experience. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, organised and have a high level of attention to detail.
- Motivated by working in a collaborative team environment.
