**About the role**

Efficiently roster our frontline disability (lifestyle’s) workforce’s rosters across our Sydney Northern region using rostering and scheduling systems while ensuring client needs and preferences are met and fostering a sustainable workforce. This is a 12 month maximum term full time and can be based anywhere in the Sydney region with flexibility to work from home or one of our offices.

**Key responsibilities**
- Maintain Disability Support Worker’s rosters in accordance with client needs, service agreements, budgets and award requirements
- Respond to roster change requests, ensuring amendments are recorded are clearly communicated to stakeholders
- Ensure staff availability patterns are recorded and kept up to date
- Escalate rostering and staff skill gaps, and work with Managers to identify solutions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, Managers and Clients

**Skills & experience**
- Experience in a fast paced rostering position in an agile environment
- Technologically savvy
- Exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships and outcomes
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage high workloads, consistently meeting critical deadlines.
