Hybrid role - work from North Sydney office 2-3 days and home the rest

Due to continued growth Be have a great rostering and scheduling role available in their casuals workforce team
The Rostering Coordinator is responsible for maximising the engagement, allocation, and utilisation of Be Recruitment’s casual workforce across a diverse range of service areas.
Duties include:
- Contribute to the orientation and onboarding process of Be Recruitments on-hired casual workforce ensuring they are work-ready using a great system
- Coordinate and and develop rosters across various services
- Identify and assess employee availability, capability, and suitability to effectively match resources to business requirements and to maximise utilisation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with managers and work in partnership with NGO's and other Community & Welfare organsiations in order to understand and respond to business resourcing requirements.
- Analyse and assess operational processes and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate roster information within designated business systems to ensure relevant parties are kept updated and informed.
- Collate relevant information (as required) to input into payroll or monthly reports
- Conduct regular audits on compliance documentation, chase and report back to the team regarding outstanding items and tickets
- General administration to support rostering and the casuals team
- Contribute to the out of hours on call roster
Experience required:
- Rostering or scheduling experience
- Previous community services experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication, the ability to work well in a team environment and independently and proactively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A positive "can do" attitude
- Exceptional time management and ability to handle competing workloads
- Be creative by nature, where problem-solving and thinking outside the square comes easily to you;
- Be able to pick up processes and procedures in an efficient manner
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Current WWCC and Police Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role
