A permanent full time Service Coordinator job on Brisbane's inner southside
**Your new company**
Your new company is a successful Australian manufacturer, supplier and installer of Beer Dispensing Equipment. They handle beer systems and look after customers such as pubs, clubs, and cafés across the Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.
**Your new role**
Your new role as Service Coordinator is to support the team by scheduling two Service Technicians as well as assisting with customer enquiries and counter sales. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating service staff to ensure desired customer satisfaction levels are met
- Provide excellent customer service, maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors, to ensure repeat business
- Remote troubleshooting of problems
- Maintain and update customer service records
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or Scheduler role
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with computer systems, experience with Pronto Software is ideal
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task high volume workload and remain organised
