ABOUT THE ROLE:
Health Information Services at Mercy Hospital for Women are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated staff member to fill a casual position. Duties include:

- Scanning and preparation of paperwork to the scanned medical record and associated QA activities,
- Medical record filing, retrieval, and;
- Reception and information access duties

ABOUT YOU:

- The successful applicant must havethe flexibility to adapt and embrace change within the workplace
- You must have flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts as required toc cover staff shortages within the HIS team
- You must have the ability to work professionally and independently to work alone in the department to balance conflicting priorities
- Computer competency, along with the ability to learn new system is essential
- Prior experience in Health Information Services or healthcare administration is desired but not essential
